In most cases, changes in any of the criteria selections will instantaneously change the displayed hotel list to reflect the change as soon as it is made. However, in situations where so many hotels are currently being viewed, a change in the criteria selections will bring up a GO button. You will need to press this button to see the changes be reflected in the hotel list.
